Having hit the charts over the previous couple of years with 'Yellow River' and 'San Bernadino', Christie continued their Americana via West Yorkshire voyage with 'Iron Horse', released on the lovely orange CBS label in 1972. Apparently only reached number 47 in the hit parade but always seemed like a number 1 smash to me! Well, it was on our radiogram.
